As a non-profit, Lazarus House depends a great deal on affordable, top-notch service to assist us in providing for those in need in our community. The Standard was our General Contractor for the renovation of our 2-flat building. We received personalized service by Sean and Dave who are very professional and knowledgeable in the many aspects of project management and renovations. Things went smoothly and the outcome is two beautifully renovated flats ready for our shelter guests, who cannot afford their own places, to share space.
